Chamber Symphony was written to comment on the way people tend to disengage or

lose focus on something after only a short amount of time. Because of the plethora of distractions, Directors for film and television typically change the shot every five to ten seconds. Similarly, this work is composed using several short ideas usually lasting around a minute or less, that piece together a musical narrative that connects the piece as a whole.
